Los Angeles is not a desert is a guide book to native plant spaces in the LA area. It was created in conjunction with the exhibition "Los Angeles is not a desert" at Elephant in September 2021. It features 50 sites of restoration and preservation of the native landscape of Los Angeles, many feature demonstration gardens or educational content about the ecology and history of Los Angeles.
